- WHAT LABELS DO YOU STOCK?

We offer a diverse range of labels. The enjoyment for the team at Bang is that we are able to handpick great pieces and offer them to our clients at amazing prices. Some of our labels include Spicy Sugar, Ebby & I, Label of Love, Freez and the ever popular BOHO Australia to name a few. Is there something in particular you are looking for but just can't find? Send us an email and our team will do our best to source it for you. Occasionally we are able to get our hands on mainstream brands so keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates. Just a friendly heads up, these get snapped up quickly.

- DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?

We are currently based online only and offer private appointments in the Redlands area of Brisbane, please send us a message via the contact us form or follow us on Facebook, simply type @bangbotique.com.au in your search bar to join the page.

- WHERE DOES YOUR STOCK COME FROM?

Our items are sourced both locally and internationally from a vast range of suppliers. Some of our pieces are one offs or end of line items, and sadly, once they are gone, they are gone! Rest assured, if the item you receive doesn't quite suit, we offer a 12 month store credit. Please refer to our Returns page for the finer details.

- CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

We are unable to process exchanges however if you would like another size or style, you are able to re-purchase the garment online and then return the unwanted garment for a refund. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For our full Return policy, please visit the returns page.

- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or public holidays in Queensland. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please see our shipping page for timeframes.

- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT BEING CHARGED?

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be issued an online store credit. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped. Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

- PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER

Should a Product be missing from an order when received, please send us a message via the CONTACT US page with the order number, product name and size of the item you ordered and we will look into it for you straight away.

- THE ITEM I WANTED IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

If there is a particular item you are after but is no longer available on the website, please contact our team using the CONTACT US page with the item name and size, we will look into it and will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.
