CHANGE OF MIND

Please select carefully as we do not provide money back refunds for change of mind. This includes change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit. If you received your "Full Priced" item and its not the right size or colour and you would like to return it, you are welcome to do so. We will issue a store credit via an emailed promo code which is valid for 12 months from date of issue (less the original postage cost paid by us - ie If you purchased a dress for $69 + $10 Shipping, your credit will be for the amount of $69, not $79)

SALE ITEMS

We also do not provide a refund or replacement on final sale items, so please choose carefully. 

EXCHANGES

If you require a replacement size or a different colour, you are required to place a new order. We will provide a size swap given that 'you' the customer pay return postage (with tracking) and the cost for a new size to be shipped to you. If the preferred size is not in stock we will issue a store credit via an emailed promo code which is valid for 12 months from date of issue (less the original postage cost paid by us - ie If you purchased a dress for $69 + $10 Shipping, your credit will be for the amount of $69, not $79)

TIMEFRAME

We allow 7 days from receipt of your item for you to lodge a return. Please send an email via the CONTACT US page to advise. Please ensure your garment is returned to us at 'your' the customer’s expense via a tracked parcel within 14 days in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Return of items which smell of perfume or that contain make up stains will not be accepted so please take due care when trying on your items.

Returned items not received in their original condition (including faulty items) will be automatically returned to the customer. BANG! Boutique reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new condition and not returned within 14 days of purchase via email arrangement.

To make a return simply email us via the website CONTACT US page within 7 days of receiving your item.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality. We are happy to replace a faulty garment, however if a replacement is not available, we issue a full refund. Please note that all faulty garments will be assessed accordingly & will not be accepted if the garment has been noticeably worn or soiled. We do advise that any faulty garments that wish to be returned will be denied acceptance if you have not contacted us within the 7 day timeframe.

Please also note all Jewellery items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No returns will be accepted for Jewellery so please choose carefully. Thank you.
